I have always found it harder to motivate myself when I am accountable to only me. It is very easy to keep putting off those goals. “Tomorrow” I will start eating healthier. “Tomorrow” I am finally going to try out that new recipe. Can you relate? Let me help you stop that cycle. What is a health coach?
You can think of a health coach as your personal advocate and cheerleader, who will help you on your path to making sustainable health and lifestyle adjustments. My job is to be your mentor, supporter, and educator on your journey to wellness. We will work together to create a mind-body approach that works best for you.

My Approach
I was once asked during an interview “how would people describe you?” My answer was “quieter than most”. Since then, I have grown out of my shell, but I have remained a good listener and still take a quieter approach to life and to coaching, as well. As a coach, I want to be there to listen and guide. I want to help you make continual 1% gains in your health, powered by your own goals and body. More often than not, your body knows exactly what it needs, sometimes it just needs help getting there.
Together, we will create a customized plan for you. Whether that includes diet changes and recipes or social media detoxes and meditations, I will walk you through it all. I will provide you with resources, homework (!!) and support the whole way through.
