Yoga
My yoga practice started as a small part of my life in my quest towards health but has blossomed into one of my favorite passions. It has not been a perfect yogic journey. There are many days where I protest. I do not want to be in my body. I do not want to be moving. And I really do not want to think about my breathing. Yet, I am always drawn back to yoga. It is a practice I can trust will be there for me whenever I am ready for it, and it allows me the space to self-heal. Yoga has become a cornerstone of my grounding to process anxiety and stress.
I would love to be able to share my love of yoga with you and give you a small part of what yoga has given me.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Private yoga sessions are beneficial for all types of yogis: from the very beginner who is looking to learn the basics and start their yoga journey, to the injured or ill looking for a more restorative rehabilitation practice, to the veteran yogi who is looking to deepen their practice and improve technique. I have a particular love for working with those who are chronically ill.
I will work side by side with you to create an individualized practice that caters to your needs. Sessions are 60 minutes long.

1 session: $115*
5 session package: $500

Whether you are looking to host some friends, throw a party, or have a workplace class, I would be happy to bring yoga to you!
